How to Rent

It all happens in four easy steps

  • Fill up the form below to give us some informations about your project, the rental period and the equipment or package you need.

    We will come back to you shortly with an estimate. If you are satisfied with it, you can say “It’s a Go!” and we will jump to step 2.

  • Before proceeding to rent equipment from a rental house, you need to make sure you have the right insurance and provide us with a Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I).

    Insurance requirements can be complicated so you will find a section below explaining you all you need to know.

  • In order to be able to rent the equipment, you will need to send us your Certificate of Insurance and our Onboarding Form signed and dated.

    The Onboarding Form contains :

    1. Rental Policy Document

    2. Rental Agreement Contract

    3. Credit Card Authorization Form

    4. Vehicle Driver Contact Form (if required)

    The Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I) covers the equipment and the production in case of an incident. For more informations about C.O.I please see below.

  • Once we received all your paperwork, we will review it and confirm that everything is good on our end.

    We will then send you an email with pick-up instructions if you are renting a vehicle package or arrange a meeting with you if you come to pick-up a-la-carte equipment.

Before we move forward, let’s talk about your project. Please introduce yourself and tell us what you need.

Shortly after you have submitted this form, we will send you an email with the documents we will need from you in order to process your reservation.

STEP 2

Make sure you are covered

  • I have vehicle and equipment coverage

    You should be good to go. Please click the link below to view our sample C.O.I and make sure yours meet our requirements.

    If everything looks right, please proceed to the next step.

  • I only need equipment coverage

    If you don’t need to rent a vehicle from us or if you already have an insurance for that purpose, you can simply provide us with rented equipment insurance.

  • I only need vehicle coverage

    If you already have rented equipment insurance and only need to insure our vehicle, we can help you finding the right insurance coverage.

STEP 3

Return our Paperwork

If you have a Certificate of Insurance ready, please send it to us along with the Onboarding Document. This document contains:

  • You will find in this documents the policy of our company concerning pick-up, drop-offs, rental procedure and insurances. Please review this part carefully before dating and signing.

  • You will find in this document the legal agreement and responsibilities of both parties when it comes to renting transportation and equipment.

  • This document will secure the equipment. No equipment can leave our premise without pre-authorization of payment. This form is seen as a security for payment but other methods of payment can be arranged if discussed previously. A copy of your credit card and ID are required.

  • This documents introduces the crew member who will drive our vehicle. A valid US driving licence is required in order to operate our vehicle. A copy of the Driving Licence is necessary.

STEP 4

Arrange a pick-up

Once all documents are received and the estimate is validated, it’s time for us to meet! You are in our system now, you won’t need to do that procedure again. Let’s make an appointment by phone or via email and get you ready to shoot!
